Oregon Shakespeare Festival
Carpenter Hall is right next to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Thanks to Earl Showerman, who has become a foremost authority on the Greek sources (yes, Greek) of that great poet-dramatist Edward de Vere Earl of Oxford a.k.a. “Shakespeare,” we were able to catch the Festival’s wonderful productions of Macbeth and Equivocation.
